C-Sfal is a pioneering initiative dedicated to promoting responsible, sustainable, regenerative and climate resilient agriculture and uplifting the livelihoods of small and marginal farmers in rain-fed areas of central Indian states mainly MP & CG.
About
C-Sfal actively supports and promotes the formation of farmers’ producer organizations under various non-government, state, and central government schemes. The organization’s comprehensive training programs encompass various aspects such as agri-processing, value addition, new agronomic practices, and the utilization of new crop varieties for improved production. C-Sfal emphasizes the adoption of low external input based sustainable agriculture technologies (LEISA) and provides specialized training on seed production and processing. The organization’s goal is to equip farmers with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their agricultural practices, increase productivity, and achieve long-term sustainability.
In addition to promoting sustainable agriculture, C-Sfal is also dedicated to promoting community-based natural resource management (CBNRM) practices. This includes land and water improvement initiatives. By collaborating with local communities and stakeholders, C-Sfal strives to create a harmonious relationship between agriculture and the environment, ensuring the responsible and sustainable use of natural resources.

C-Sfal has successfully reached out to over 15,000 farmers across 13 districts and 29 blocks in Madhya Pradesh / Chhatisgrah. The organization’s primary focus lies in training farmers on adopting good and sustainable agricultural practices. Years of Journey
Established in early 2014, C-Sfal is registered under Section 25 (Not for profit making) of the Company Act 1956 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The organization is proudly supported by the key promoters of Madhya Bharat Consortium of Farmers Producer Company Limited.
